Putting on an event:

How will we fund it?
OMSK funds events through ticket sales on the door and where possible, with funding from arts organisations such as the London Arts Board. Financial planning should take into account the following costs:

Where will we get equipment?
Video and film projectors, PA's, screens, monitors and slide projectors for OMSK are hired or borrowed (athough we are applying for funding for some equipment of our own).

Where do we publicise?
OMSK publicises events by contacting the media and listings magazines, by sending out an e-mailing list and by distributing flyers and posters. If you have media connections, please go to our contacts page and give details.

How will we get through the night?

What do we need?
We have a a list of equipment needed for OMSK events. Print it out and tick the items off...

Whose work will be shown?
OMSK shows work by members of the collective and people who contact members of the collective with films to show or proposals for performances or music.
