H2OMSK (ship of fools)
OMSK formally invite their guests to a five star evening of film, performance, installation, live music, d.j's and v.j's - transporting their audience to unchartered territories, just off the coast of the Thames River.

PROGRAM (so far so good)
1) Jo cripps being alone in public a pyjama party, with no guests. Durational.
2)Louise Stevens and Selvin Cooper 'brown ghost' A ghostly fraction of 'brown'. a durational haunting sea shanty which never ever seems to end. Accelerating and decellerating, coming in and out like the tide. voice ghost and laptop spinning out the endless ocean jig.
3)Hannah MissInTheMix Siren Silent Kareoke I have discovered that on Vauxhall Bridge you can sing or shout and your voice blows away. This has drawn my attention to the amazing potential of singing into the river as a means of plunging into a performance without being restrained by considerations of ïhow do I sound?Í. As a DJ I sing along to records, freed to express myself by using someone elseÍs voice. On the river my voice can be free in the knowledge that it is incomparable. Singing out towards the river I can act the siren, teasing the audience by singing beyond their grasp. I will bring a 'quiethailer'. I will suggest that everyone has a go. technical requirements. one light outside. Small installments...? 10-15 minutes...? x3
4)Quartet Elecroniche. improvisation with 4 samplers. set - approximately 40 minutes. space - main performance area. Technical Requirements P.A. and Mixing Desk. (light for main space)
5)Sarah Gray Improvisation dance-performance approximately 30 minutes. space - Bar area Technical Requirements. none
D.J.'s unconfirmed.... 3 in mind. Lepke b, Jamiejame, DJ Mikeyyoungbloke, jonnie Bassett, ben lovely lux ben (two out of these three ain't bad)
Films - programmed by Steven. LIFT are installing a screen and projector ont he roof of the boat, and it will be decorated with astroturf, sounds like a gorgeous way to view the films, but obviously its weather pending. otherwse, it looks like the main space is where films get shown. the only other thing in the main space at the moment is the quartet electroiche and the djs. there is an option to partition the main space in half, which is something we should keep in mind to possibly have a seperate film area. I dont like this idea much, but these are all options.
compared )by the max factory. Fliss and Sharon, instead of doing a performance, and seeing as jo will be locked in her room!, fancy the comparing thing, we can practise our stand-up-sit-down skills.
Rotozaza and Frank Chickens are also performing. we are in touch with them to find out what exactly they are doing, but as we understand, rotozaza is a one on one installation in a tiny space right at the front of the boat, and kazuko will do a set in the main space. They are both really happy to be working along side omsk. i think we need a couple of volunteers, for running the films? and for general support.... floating and checking and running.
