A Jack the Ripper tour without Jack or ripping. A cobbled promenade, curb tripping, a street party in which the street is the art. OMSK paves the way for a six hour collaborative event featuring the OMSK Collective, plus a programme of London Artists. ROAM involves the participation of local residents - telling stories, compiling car stereo concerts, walking cinematically, skipping durationally...

Featuring:

VIDEO ORAL HISTORIES (Clare Moloney) collected stories recorded and projected.
DOLLY AND TRACK CINEMATIC WALKS (Steven Eastwood) A film camera on dolly and track shoots passers-by in cinematic walks, later projected back into the street.
MASS SKIPPING ROPE AND RHYME (Hannah Jones) The longest skipathon, involving recollected play rhymes
THE HOODED HORSE (Helena Hunter)
QUARTET ELEKTRONICHEE CAFE A greasy spoon of electronic samples in which members of the public place their orders and then sit down for an audio snack or feast.
MISSINTHEMIX SKIP SALVATION local detritus reanimated
PARKED CAR STEREOS compiled audiotapes or CDs for parked cars, creating miniature music venues for a one hour music jam jam.
TALKAOKE The 21st century light entertainment phenomenon
I WANT TO HAVE YOUR BABY (Caroline Koebel) acollective conceptual performance action repopulating the world with humane beings
GEFFRYE'S SECRET (Anya Lewin)
